VANCOUVER -- A Vancouver teenager accused of slashing the tires of at least seven vehicles and tagging at least 21 other cars has pleaded guilty to his November crime spree.
The Vancouver Columbia reports 15-year-old Ryan J. Rodriguez pleaded guilty Friday to second-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree malicious mischief in exchange for the reduced charges.
Rodriguez was also suspected of smashing in church and business vans, burglarizing a motorcycle shop and shoplifting at a convenience store in a span of seven days.
Jeff Olsen, the juvenile court's victim impact program coordinator says the crimes affected at least 30 victims, though more victims may still be unidentified.
Rodriguez was sentenced Friday in Clark County Juvenile Court to 340 days in confinement for a property crime spree in November. The sentence includes 60 days in juvenile detention and 280 days in a juvenile institution, where more services are offered. He will receive credit for 77 days he's already served.
