VANCOUVER, Wash. -- A Vancouver couple sang in Monday night's episode of NBC's 'The Voice' and the judges promoted them to the next round.

Shawn and Tasha make up the group "Beat Frequency." In Monday night's show, they belted out Katy Perry's song, "E.T." and earned lots of praise from the judges.

Pop superstar Christina Aguilera liked them so much, she chose them for her team.  Grammy award winning singer-songwriter-producer CeeLo Green said they were the best duo to sing so far in the competition.

A single is already available on iTunes for the "Beat Frequency" hit.
