TUALATIN -- A man was taken to a hospital by ambulance early Thursday afternoon after an industrial accident.
He was working at S&H Landscape Supply, 20200 SW Stafford Road when he somehow got stuck in a sorting machine, according to Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue.
He suffered life threatening injuries from the 12:20 p.m. incident.
