PORTLAND -- Crews will be uprooting trees in Southeast Portland so they can put in two new crosswalks.
Crews plan to remove eight trees along Powell Blvd, between 5st and 86th Avenues.
Drivers were warned to expect intermittent lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
