KELSO, Wash. (AP) -- A man wanted in a sex trafficking case in Seattle was arrested Tuesday at the Amtrak station in Kelso.
KLOG reports Longview police and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested 28-year-old Tariq Silas Shabazz.
He's held for investigation of kidnapping, robbery and attempted human trafficking.
He's accused of attempting to kidnap a 23 year-old Seattle woman in January of last year and threatening to kill her or force her into prostitution.
The woman escaped by jumping from a moving car and suffered a severe head injury.
A second suspect in the case was arrested earlier this month in King County but was released pending further investigation.
