PORTLAND - A 22-year-old rider died from the injuries he suffered after crashing a mini-motorcycle into a concrete support on Southwest Arthur Street under Naito Parkway.
Jeffrey Haase was taken to a local hospital by ambulance with traumatic head injuries on September 5. ]
Investigators said alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
