PORTLAND – Protesters banged on pots and pans outside of Portland's City Hall Wednesday morning in an effort to make their message about the Mt. Tabor reservoir heard.
The group calls itself Camp Cascadia and claims to be a part of the Occupy movement.
"Eventually we're going to reach a point in this city where people can no longer afford water,” said protester Jessie Sponberg.
The group said they will set up camp at the Mt. Tabor reservoir on Friday to protest the city's plan to shut it down.
