PORTLAND - "America’s Most Wanted" is featuring a story on a wanted Portland kidnapping suspect from two years ago after new tips have come in.

Paul Evans Winklebleck, 42, is accused of posing as a police employee and kidnapping two women from downtown Portland after a concert on March of 2010. A photo taken during the first few minutes of contact with the women shows him driving.

The two eventually escaped on a gravel road near I-5 in Salem. Winklebleck also uses the last name of Sullivan and Rose.

Winklebleck is a registered sex offender with an outstanding warrant for sex abuse and a parole violation.

Crime Stoppers has offered a $1,000 reward for help leading to his arrest. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.

The episode was set to air on Lifetime Network at 9 p.m. Friday.
