PORTLAND, Ore ... Two gay men from Portland say they were forced to move to the back of an airport shuttle because of their sexual orientation.

"As sick to our stomachs as the minute it happened," said Ron McCoy.

McCoy and his partner flew to Albuquerque in late June. They jumped on an airport shuttle. The two men were sitting near the front of the bus, holding hands, when they say the driver asked them to move to the back.

"There's anger," McCoy said, "anger that it happened to us."

At the time, nobody stood up to defend McCoy and his partner.  They shuffled to the back of the bus in total shock.

The city's mayor and the ACLU of New Mexico are looking into the allegations.
