LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Police arrested a suspect Saturday afternoon in a series of indecent exposure “flashings” around Lake Oswego.

At 12:30 p.m., police arrested 48-year-old Robert Ray Martin at his home in Sherwood and charged him with 10 counts of felony public indecency.

Earlier this week surveillance video released to KGW showed a man that police believe has been pulling up to drive-thru coffee stands in Washington County and exposing himself to young female baristas.

The half-dozen incidents have occurred in Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville and Lake Oswego. All but two happened the day after Christmas. Police reported more than 10 cases so far.

On Saturday night, Martin bailed out of the Washington County Jail. He is due in court on Jan. 15.
