PORTLAND – Two suspects robbed a pedestrian with a box cutter in Southwest Portland late Friday night, police said.
The victim was robbed shortly after 11 p.m. near Southwest 16th Avenue and Southwest Clay Street, said Sgt. Pete Simpson with Portland police.
Responding officers quickly located three people that matched the suspects’ description a few blocks from the location of the robbery and took them into custody, Simpson said.
All three were then positively identified by the victim whose property was also recovered by police. Police also recovered a box cutter from the suspects.
Police arrested 32-year-old Paul Hargrow (pictured left) and 29-year-old Jeremiah Johnson (pictured right). A 26-year-old woman was released without charges.
