BEND, Ore. (AP) -- Police say a motorcyclist died after colliding with his own dog on a residential street in Central Oregon.
Redmond police Sgt. Keith Knight says 44-year-old Theodore Rainville died at the scene Friday night and so did the dog.
KTVZ reports Rainville lived near the accident scene. He was riding a Yamaha off-road-style motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet.
The collision remains under investigation.
