VANCOUVER -- Three people wanted in connection with an Oklahoma child sexual abuse case were arrested in Vancouver Tuesday.

U.S. Marshals arrested 40-year-old Joseph Michael Siford, 34-year-old Danyale Bernice Siford and 43-year-old Michelle Danae Walker Tuesday night, according to Meghan McCormick of the Cleveland County (Okla.) Sheriff’s Office.

The three were accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl on multiple occasions, according to The Oklahoman newspaper. They quit their jobs and left the area after the allegations were reported.

Investigators in Oklahoma City believed the suspects had fled to the Vancouver area, and provided photos and a vehicle description to U.S. Marshals in Washington.

The vehicle was found at a motel in the 4400 block of Columbia House Boulevard. The suspects were positively identified and taken into custody as they tried to leave the motel, McCormick said.

They were charged as fugitives from justice and booked into the Clark County Jail.
