PORTLAND – A pawn shop and jewelry store was robbed at gunpoint in North Portland September 5, and police released surveillance video Tuesday to help find the suspect.

The suspect was armed with a handgun when he demanded money from the clerk at All That Glitters, in the 2900 block of North Lombard Street. He ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He was last seen running southbound on North Villard Avenue into the neighborhood, according to Pete Simpson with the Portland Police Bureau.

The suspect was described as a man in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, weighing around 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and athletic shoes. He wore a black covering over his face.

Simpson said officers, including a K-9 team, searched the area but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.

Anyone with information about this robbery was asked to contact detectives at (503) 823-0405.
