PORTLAND – Protesters plan to rally outside Portland's City Hall again on Wednesday, in their ongoing effort to make their message about the Mt. Tabor reservoir heard.
The group calls itself Camp Cascadia and claims to be a part of the Occupy movement. They don't want to see the Mt. Tabor reservoir capped or closed.
The group also set up camp at Mt. Tabor Park over the weekend. A total of seven people were arrested late Friday and early Monday, during that protest.
