Gee, maybe every city should just make a park for the homeless to go to and call it "Homeless Park". But then they would probably complain about that too. But something really needs to be done regarding the homeless and the panhandling they do. Especially with the holidays so close. It is so hard to tell anymore who is really in need of help and who is living that life style because they choose to.
