SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A Salt Lake City woman who was reported missing in Oregon has been found safe.
Oregon State Police said Tuesday that 63-year-old Sherryl Elaine Boatman was taken to a Portland-area hospital for a medical evaluation.
Police say Boatman's relatives called authorities after she failed to arrive for a visit with relatives in Salem, Ore. Relatives told police they last spoke to her by phone on Thursday from the Portland area. They said she takes medication and seemed delusional.
Her phone was found Friday about four miles from the Portland bus station and turned in to police.
