VANCOUVER, Wash. – U.S. Marshals swarmed a Vancouver grocery store Saturday morning and arrested a wanted suspect in the slaying of an Ashland man, officials at the Clark County Jail said.
Othon Robert Campos Jr. was indicted Thursday along with Merlin Elmo Bound III, both of Medford, for the murder of 62-year-old Frank Ronald Damiano.

Bound was arrested Tuesday, and detectives were searching for Campos in the Portland-Vancouver area.
Around 9:30 a.m., witnesses told KGW dozens of U.S. Marshals swarmed to the IGA grocery store at 2109 St Johns Boulevard in Vancouver.
The Clark County Jail confirmed to KGW Campos was in custody.
Campos is accused of aggravated murder, a charge that could carry the death penalty.
