VANCOUVER, Wash. -- The Washington State Liquor Control Board was scheduled to host a public forum Thursday evening in Vancouver to take public comments on implementing the state's new marijuana legalization rules.

The board is trying to create rules about producing, processing and selling marijuana and it wants public input.

The forum is being held at Clark College in Vancouver and is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
