PORTLAND -- Police have located a 79-year-old man with dementia who had been missing since 3:30 p.m. Thursday, when he left his care home in Southeast Portland.
Neil Arnold had walked away from the care home in the 12000 block of Southeast Raymond Street.
He was found at a former residence Friday morning, according to Portland Police Sgt. Pete Simpson.
