CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- A man was pinned Thursday morning between a semi truck and a loading dock at a warehouse in Clackamas.

The worker, 34-year-old Daniel Livingston of Clackamas, was taken by LifeFlight helicopter to a Portland hospital at around 8 a.m. with head injuries. He was listed in critical condition Thursday afternoon.

He had been working on the loading dock at Holman Distribution, at 10755 SE Jennifer St., when the truck backed up, pinning him against the dock, according to a Clackamas Fire spokesman.

Police did not say if the driver would face charges.
