OREGON CITY, Ore. – A bomb squad was called in after an explosion injured a man in Oregon City Friday.
Police were called just after 5 p.m. to the report of an explosion and fire in the 10800 block of SE Beutel Road, according to Deputy Bryon O'Neil. Neighbors said they heard a loud explosion.
Responding deputies arrived and found a detached garage in flames. They heard what sounded like ammunition exploding in the fire, O'Neil said.
