ALOHA, Ore. – Max service was interrupted for two hours Saturday after a man was hit by the Tri-Met Max light rail at Southwest 175th Avenue and Baseline Road, Deputies said.
A 55-year-old man intentionally stepped in front of the train around 6:46 p.m. and was killed, said Sgt. Vance Stimler with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
No other injuries were reported.
