PORTLAND -- A man was shot late Sunday in North Portland and taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries in what police said was a gang-related shooting.
Police were dispatched about 11:20 p.m. to the 9600 block of North Woolsey Avenue and found the man with a gunshot wound.
Jose Monroy, 20, was outside his home and got into an argument with two men. One of them shot Monroy and the suspects fled on foot.
