HILLSBORO, Ore. -- A Hillsboro man was arrested after what police say was a gang-related shooting just before midnight Thursday.

According to police, 22-year-old James Sanchez-Hernandez was washing his car with two friends at the National Pride self-service car wash in Hillsboro when a car pulled up in front of the washing stall.

Police said the driver, 19-year-old Eddy Robleto, started shooting at Hernandez and his friends.

Hernandez was hit in the shoulder. Everyone immediately fled the scene but Robleto was arrested several hours later.

Hernandez was listed in serious but stable condition.

Hillsboro Police were still searching for other suspects in this case.
