PORTLAND - Crews may be closing an onramp from Highway 30 to Interstate 405 for an emergency repair after a joint broke loose from the concrete under the Fremont Bridge.
Repairs were set to take place until around 9 p.m., Oregon Department Of Transportation said.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area or plan for significant delays during the evening commute.
