HAPPY VALLEY-- Two local Syrians were glued to President Obama's speech Tuesday night and had strong opinions about the conflict.

They both said although the situation can be complicated and they admit the facts are not clear. Neither  wants to see war. They also didn't believe President Bashar al-Assad had anything to do with the attack.

"Until the UN finishes their investigation and have 100 percent proof of which group did it, I'm going to stick with the fact I believe it was the rebels," said Steven Wehbey.

Instead, they point the finger to rebel groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda. They said the groups have hijacked what was once a peaceful country.

"If the Obama administration were to take any military action it would be killing innocent people," added Syrian-born Gus Azar.

They fear for much of their family still left in the crossfire.
