PORTLAND -- It's the end of the line for the "Leverage" team.
On Friday, cable network TNT formally canceled the series, which is shot in Portland.
The decision did not come as a surprise to producers of the show. The series' production team designed the final episode of their fifth season as possible series finale.
The episode is called "The long good-bye job" and airs Christmas night.
Leverage was one of four TV shows, including Grimm, Portlandia, and MTV’s Real World, produced in Portland.
