LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon man was arrested Monday as part of a child pornography investigation that spanned several months.
Timothy Lee Jarrett, 49, was arrested on several charges including encouraging child sex abuse. Detectives said he had been using his home computer to download and view numerous pictures and videos displaying children engaging in sexual explicit conduct.
This case is still under investigation and has been referred to the Linn County District Attorney.
