GRESHAM, Ore. -- The suspect in a July 5 Gresham murder was arrested Sunday evening in Seattle.
Police were called just before 1 a.m. on July 5 to the report of an unresponsive man in an apartment in the 17800 block of NE Oregon Street, Gresham Police Sgt. Claudio Grandjean said.
Responding officers found 31-year-old James Dennis Frazier III dead at the scene. His death was considered suspicious.

Police announced Sunday that they had identified 36-year-old David Louis Marshall as a suspect in Frazier's death.
Marshall occasionally stayed in the apartment complex where the shooting occurred, Grandjean said. Investigators found evidence he could have gone to the Seattle area.
