PORTLAND -- Expect scattered showers, some heavy, throughout Wednesday with temperatures in the lows 50s and an overnight low of 45 leading to morning fog then partly sunny skies on Thanksgiving Day.
"Temps will be in the lower 50s, which is perfect for some turkey and afternoon football games," said KGW meteorologist Nick Allard.
Motorists crossing Cascade passes should use caution after heavy snow fell Tuesday, continuing through Wednesday.
"We've already had close to 10 inches in the past 24 hours at Timberline," Allard said Wednesday morning, "And we'll see another six to 12 inches today and tonight. The snow level will stay between 2,500 and 3,000 feet."
