PORTLAND – A first-time driver crashed a car into an apartment complex in Southeast Portland Saturday afternoon.
The driver reportedly hit the gas rather than the brakes and the car went into the bottom apartment at a complex near Southeast 130th Avenue and Southeast Division Street.
