PORTLAND -- A tree fell on a power line about 6:45 a.m. at Northwest 21st and Irving in Portland, causing a momentary blackout throughout the inner west side of Portland.

PGE reported 64 customers without power from the fallen tree, which shut down traffic through the intersection.

The tree struck a corner of the Gypsy lounge and restaurant, as well as several cars parked on the street.
