WOODLAND, Wash. – A man died in a head-on crash on Interstate 5 early Saturday morning near Woodland, Wash., according to Washington State Police.
Just after 5 a.m., a Ford F250 pickup collided with a Honda Civic that was travelling the wrong direction in northbound lanes of the interstate near mile post 21.
The driver of the Honda died at the scene, and witnesses said the car had no lights on.
The driver of the Ford was taken to the hospital with a boken back and nose, but the injuries are reportedly not life-threatening.
Police have not released any names and said there were no passengers in either vehicle.
