HILLSBORO -- A mock disaster exercise was set for Wednesday night at the Tuality Healthcare campus in Hillsboro.
Healthcare staff along with fire, police and other agencies were preparing for a "breach of security" at the main hospital building.
The exercise will begin at 10 p.m. and last about two hours.
Officers were to enter the hospital and subdue a mock "intruder."
Paramedics and staff will then treat the mock injuries to police and firefighters and and patients.
