BEAVERTON, Ore -- Portland police found missing teenager, Ebony Peters, safe Sunday afternoon.
Peters' mother told NewsChannel 8 her daughter vanished last Friday. She said she was going to the library with a friend, but she never came home.
It was believed Ebony was in the Portland metro area with two older men. She is 14-years-old, but has the mental capacity of a five-year-old.
"When she gets home and is safe I'll feel free to have a meltdown," said Roxann Dentler, Ebony's mother. "Until then I have to be strong ... I have to bring my daughter home."
