SILVER LAKE – One man is dead and another seriously injured after a truck they were in crashed into a ditch and rolled on Highway 31 early Sunday morning, police said.
Robert Busch, 22, of Gresham was pronounced dead at the scene when a 1997 Ford F150 pickup crashed just before 1 a.m. near milepost 51, said Lt. Gregg Hastings with Oregon State Police.
Sean Berglund, 22, of Gresham was taken to a Bend hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Hastings said.
Berglund told police that a third person was driving the vehicle, which police were confirming.
