HILLSBORO, Ore. -- The Washington County sheriff's office says a 3-year-old boy suffered substantial injuries when he pushed out a screen on a second-story window at his home and landed on his face on the concrete driveway in Bethany.
Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue treated the boy Thursday and took him to Legacy Emmanuel Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition.
