BEAVERTON, Ore. -- A Beaverton man was arrested for exposing himself three times to a middle school student at her bus stop, and police believe there could be more victims.

The victim told police a man pulled up near her in his car on three separate occasions between Oct. 18 and Nov. 5, said Mike Rowe of the Beaverton Police Department.

"On all three occasions, the subject pulled up next to her with the passenger window down, and had one hand on his exposed penis and the other hand on the steering wheel," Rowe said. "The suspect would not say anything to the victim but would just watch her."

Investigators and plain clothes officers worked together to identify the suspect and catch him in the act.

Brian Raymond Jewell, 41, was arrested for indecent exposure Thursday morning after walking behind a female officer "with his hand in his unzipped pants, moving his hand in a way that looked as if he was masturbating," Rowe said.

Anyone who might have been victimized or has more information about the suspect was asked to call the Beaverton Police Department at 503-629-0111.
