OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The governors of Washington and Oregon have put together an independent panel to review the Columbia River Crossing project.
The panel's eight transportation experts will help ensure that the project is done on time and on budget.
The project includes replacing the Interstate 5 bridge over the Columbia River.
The governors announced the appointments today.
