PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The American Red Cross says it is providing assistance to two adults and a teenager displaced by a fire in Oregon City that killed five dogs.
The Red Cross says firefighters saved two puppies from the fire that burned a mobile home.
No humans were injured in the blaze, which is the second the Red Cross responded to during the Thanksgiving holiday.
