PORTLAND, Ore. -- A 72-year-old man robbed a McDonald's on W. Burnside early Monday morning, according to police.
Police say David Roisland, 72, came in through an unlocked door of McDonald's at 1831 West Burnside just after 4 a.m., armed with a knife, and committed the robbery while the cleaning crew worked.
Officers took the man into custody but he complained of chest pain and so he was transported to an area hospital. After treatment, Roisland was booked in the Multnomah County Detention Center on first degree robbery.
