PORTLAND, Ore. -- For the first time, the Homebuilders Association of metro Portland's NW Natural "Street of Dreams" is going urban.
This year's show will feature 10 high-rise condos with price tags between $1 million and $4 million.
Organizers say the show will concentrate on sustainability. Most of the homes will meet LEED standards and focus on energy-saving ideas and systems.
And this year, organizers said a changing market with many looking to urban development led them to make their decision.
Developers hope to bring thousands to the galleries, breweries, and shops.
The show runs from August 5th though the 10th. To see more check out
