SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police say they found 15 pounds of marijuana valued at $35,000 when they stopped a Willits, Calif., man in a pickup truck for investigation of speeding on Interstate 5.
A trooper stopped Cesar Gonzalez-Rivas on Wednesday night in the Salem area. The pot was found in 15 one-pound bags.
The man was arrested for investigation of unlawful possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
