LA GRANDE, Ore. (AP) — La Grande police say a 30-year-old man has been accused of a drive-by shooting, firing three shots at the house of his former girlfriend.
No injuries were reported.
The La Grande Observer reports (http://bit.ly/Ye9KUH) the suspect was identified as Dustin Lee Fitzgerald of La Grande.
Police say the woman had gotten a restraining order against him.
Police say they had been looking for Fitzgerald after getting a tip he was involved in the shooting Friday.
They say he was arrested Tuesday afternoon after he held a baseball bat and chased his father into a house. The father called police.
Fitzgerald was charged with firing a weapon across a highway, attempted assault and other charges.
