UMATILLA, Ore. (AP) — Authorities in Eastern Oregon say they've launched a homicide investigation after a body was found beside a highway east of Umatilla.
The East Oregonian reports (http://bit.ly/12AQMeX ) the body was described as that of a man in his 30s. A passer-by called police about it on Sunday. It was along U.S. 730.
