BEND, Ore. (AP) — Police have solved the mystery of blood found at a construction site in Bend.
Workers who found the blood Friday on the ground and a piece of concrete suspected a crime.
KTVZ reports (http://is.gd/5avAgL ) detectives were at the scene Monday when a man approached and said it was his blood. He proved it with cell phone photos.
He told officers he had been in an argument with his girlfriend and cut his arms and sent photos to her.
