A divorce hearing for the parents of Kyron Horman has been postponed, according to KGW NewsChannel 8 news partner The Oregonian.
The hearing had been scheduled for this week. A new court date hasn’t been set.
Kaine Horman filed for divorce from Kyron's step-mother Terri Horman shortly after he says police told him that Terri plotted to hire a landscaper to kill him.
Kyron Horman vanished from Skyline Elementary school on June 4, 2010. No suspects have been named in the case.
