PORTLAND, Ore. -- A restraining order obtained by Kaine Horman against his wife Terri Moulton Horman has been extended until June 2012, according to documents obtained by KGW NewsChannel 8.
Kaine Horman sought and was granted the restraining order shortly after he says police told him Terri had conspired to hire a landscaper to murder him.
Kaine's son Kyron Horman went missing from Skyline Elementary School in June of 2010 and his body has not been found. Terri Horman has been a focus of the investigation but has not been charged with any crime.
In the filing that led to the imposition of the restraining order, Kaine Horman stated he believed Terri was responsible for Kyron's disappearance, and he believed his life and the life of his daughter were in danger.
As first reported by The Oregonian, the Multnomah County Circuit Court on June 28, 2011extended the restraining order for an additional year to June 27, 2012.
