SALEM, Ore. -- An Albany dog with deformed front legs is one step closer to getting surgery to fix them. Tigger and his foster parents met with a veterinarian Friday to plan out the surgery.
Dr. Jennifer Warnock with Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine says she'll try to get Tigger's legs as functional as possible. However, even after the surgery, Tigger will likely still have some limitations.
More than $16,000 was raised for the surgery through a GoFundMe page.
